Michael Westgarth – Taylor and Philip Moxham both have extensive experience of property matters throughout Middlesbrough / South Cleveland and Stokesley / North Yorkshire areas. They were originally partners in the long-established practices of Sanderson Townend and Gilbert, and Storey Sons and Parker respectively, which were the leaders in the profession for over 100 years.

Michael formed the highly successful niche practice of Sanderson Taylor Partnership in 1992, and Philip joined him in 1994. In 2006 the practice was split by selling the Residential Estate Agency & Lettings / Management department to Sandersons, the Survey and Valuation department being retained.

Michael Westgarth – Taylor & Co has been established as Chartered Surveyors & Property Consultants to continue survey and valuation work. With its superb pedigree, the practice retains a commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity within the property profession.
